Meg Tancredi is a registered dietitian with a unique blend of expertise in both nutrition and behavior change. She holds dual master’s degrees in Educational Psychology and in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from USC.
Meg is passionate not only about educating, but also about encouraging and inspiring people to take charge of their health in sustainable, empowering ways. She brings empathy, compassion, and a touch of humor into every session, helping clients feel both supported and motivated.
After years of working in clinical settings, Meg saw firsthand how conventional approaches to managing health often fall short—leaving people confused, discouraged, or stuck. Blood Sugar Reboot is for adults who want to improve their blood sugar, energy, and overall well-being—whether you’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, have prediabetes, or simply want to feel better day to day. If you're feeling overwhelmed by food choices, tired of second-guessing your meals, or unsure how to get off the blood sugar rollercoaster, this program is for you.
Whether your goal is to feel more confident, reduce reliance on medications, or enjoy your favorite activities without constant worry—this program gives you the tools and support to thrive.
Blood Sugar Reboot runs for 12 weeks, with live 60-minute group sessions held once a week.
Each live session is either:
✔️ A deeper discussion or review of a pre-recorded module, or
✔️ A live coaching session focused on a specific topic to help you move forward
You’ll also get:
✔️ Ongoing support between sessions via email and Voxer (a simple text messaging app)
✔️ Optional activities to help you apply what you’re learning in real life
Everything is designed to be flexible and supportive—so you can make progress without pressure, and build habits that last.
You’ll need about 1 hour each week for the live class, where we dive into key topics and answer your questions. In addition, setting aside 15-30 minutes a few days a week for tracking habits and reflecting on your progress will help you get the most out of the program. The more time and effort you’re able to invest, the more rewarding your results will be. This program is designed to fit into your busy life while creating lasting change.
If you can’t attend a live session, you won’t miss out. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private member portal, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient. You’ll still get access to the full content, tools, and support—even if you can’t join in real time every week.
There’s no formal guarantee—your results will depend on your individual effort and consistency.
That said, if you engage with the program, apply the tools, and stay open to change, you can expect meaningful improvements in your energy, mindset, blood sugar, and overall well-being. The strategies I teach are based on evidence-backed practices that have helped many of my clients feel better—naturally and sustainably.
