Reduce post-meal glucose spikes by improving how your muscles use glucose
Increase insulin sensitivity, making blood sugar easier to regulate
Support bone density, which is especially important for preventing or slowing osteopenia and osteoporosis
Improve balance, mobility, and healthy aging, even with short bouts of activity
Reduce inflammation and support mood, helping you feel more energized and resilient

CGM data (from a continuous glucose monitor) offers a level of precision that traditional approaches can’t match. In VIP, we use your 14-day glucose patterns to identify how your metabolism responds to meals, timing, movement, stress, and sleep. This becomes the foundation for a personalized, evidence-based plan tailored specifically to your physiology.
During your 1:1 sessions, I’ll help you interpret the data, highlight the most meaningful insights, and translate them into simple, effective strategies you can use immediately. It’s personalized nutrition at its best, grounded in your actual biology.
If you want clarity, precision, and expert support, VIP is the path.

The biggest change is awareness. Learning what choices to make at mealtime helps to monitor protein, fat and fiber. I have been able to create better habits with workouts and meals, which creates more energy and motivation to keep it up! The weekly calls were the best part-hearing others' goals and learning tips from Meg were very helpful.
Meg is supportive and friendly and led our group with compassion and encouragement. She has a great way of approaching clients and making the journey enjoyable!

Meg turned my life around! I was missing some important changes when it came to reducing my A1C number. Details MATTER and this takes a GREAT LISTENER. She absolutely nailed my necessary must do changes and I reversed my number down.
Meg is a stellar professional that I would recommend to anyone. Her knowledge shines through with the example of her own health discernment.
Blood Sugar Reboot is for adults who want to improve their blood sugar, energy, and overall well-being - whether you’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, have prediabetes, or simply want to feel better day to day. If you're feeling overwhelmed by food choices, tired of second-guessing your meals, or unsure how to get off the blood sugar rollercoaster, this program is for you.
Whether your goal is to feel more confident, reduce reliance on medications, or enjoy your favorite activities without constant worry. This program gives you the tools and support to thrive.
Blood Sugar Reboot runs for 12 weeks, with live 60-minute group sessions held once a week.
Each live session is either:
✔️ A deeper discussion or review of a pre-recorded module, or
✔️ A live coaching session focused on a specific topic to help you move forward
You’ll also get:
✔️ Ongoing support between sessions via email and Voxer (a simple text messaging app)
✔️ Optional activities to help you apply what you’re learning in real life
Everything is designed to be flexible and supportive so you can make progress without pressure, and build habits that last.
You’ll need about 1 hour each week for the live class, where we dive into key topics and answer your questions. In addition, setting aside 15-30 minutes a few days a week for tracking habits and reflecting on your progress will help you get the most out of the program. The more time and effort you’re able to invest, the more rewarding your results will be. This program is designed to fit into your busy life while creating lasting change.
If you can’t attend a live session, you won’t miss out. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private member portal, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient. You’ll still get access to the full content, tools, and support—even if you can’t join in real time every week.
There’s no formal guarantee—your results will depend on your individual effort and consistency.
That said, if you engage with the program, apply the tools, and stay open to change, you can expect meaningful improvements in your energy, mindset, blood sugar, and overall well-being. The strategies I teach are based on evidence-backed practices that have helped many of my clients feel better—naturally and sustainably.
There are a few ways to get support throughout the program: You’ll have time to ask questions during our weekly live sessions, and I always encourage it—chances are, someone else is wondering the same thing.
You can also reach out between sessions:
✔️ Email for detailed questions or guidance
✔️ Voxer (a simple text messaging app) for quick check-ins, wins, or clarifications
I’m here to make sure you feel supported, heard, and never left wondering what to do next.
That’s completely okay—you don’t need to be tech-savvy to succeed here. The program is easy to access and designed to be simple and user-friendly. I’ll walk you through everything you need to know, and if you ever get stuck, I’m just a message away. My goal is to make the experience smooth and stress-free so you can focus on your health—not the tech.
Trying something new can feel uncertain—I get it. While I don’t offer refunds, I encourage you to fully commit to the process. This program is designed to help you make real, sustainable changes that support your energy, mood, and health. If you show up, stay open, and apply what you learn, I’m confident you’ll experience meaningful progress.
At this time, I do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to secure your spot in the program. If you have any questions about what's included or need help deciding if this is the right fit, feel free to reach out or book a quick call—I'm happy to help!
